March Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s March proved to be another successful national online auction with over £8.1m in properties sold. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction garnered significant attention from buyers across the country, eager to participate in the highly competitive bidding process. The allure of the properties on offer, resulted in a fierce competition among potential buyers.
Auction Highlights
A two bedroom end terrace house within walking distance to Wellington centre and train station. This property sold prior to the Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire Auction.
Our London Auction featured a variety of properties, Denton Road is a 3 bedroom apartment in the sought after location of East Rwickenham. The property was snapped up by a buyer prior to the auction.
Sabin Terrace offered a fantastic investment opportunity in the North East. A two bedroom terrace producing a 8% yield.
A excellent refurbishment investment was offered in the North West auction. The property received a total of 11 bids and sold for £280,000.
Our Scotland Auction offered a rare gem nestled on the serene shores of Loch Lomond.
A stunning 3-bedroom detached house, complemented by two charming semi-detached cottages, three inviting residential lodges, and a luxurious lodge featuring a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Set upon 10 acres of picturesque land, this estate offers direct access to Loch Lomond Shores, boasting its very own dockyard.
The property sold post-auction for £1,000,000.
This property received a total of 15 bids at the South Auction and sold for £362,000. A detached bungalow with a large front garden in need of some light refurbishment.
The South Wales Auction offered a wonderful opportunity to purchase cottage dating back to the 16th century with approx 20 acres of land.
The property received significant interest and was sold prior to the auction.
