June Property Auction: A Look at the Results
Town and Country’s June Auction was another resounding success, with over £17.1m+ in properties sold through our national online platform.
Throughout the month, we listed a diverse range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction attracted significant attention from buyers nationwide, all eager to engage in the competitive bidding process. The wide variety of properties available sparked fierce competition, driving strong results across the board.
Auction Highlights

An exciting investment opportunity was presented at the Scotland Auction, attracting strong interest with 33 bids. This renovation project ultimately sold for £104,000—an impressive £34,000 above the Guide Price.

This landmark building, formerly home to a Michelin-starred restaurant, has now been sold post auction, offering a rare opportunity to own a property rich in character and heritage. Its prime location and unique history make it an exceptional asset with limitless potential for the new owner.

There was highly competitive bidding on this three-bedroom end-terrace property in Cheshire, which attracted an impressive 56 bids. It sold at auction for £241,000—£61,000 over the Guide Price.

An exciting renovation opportunity was sold post-auction, offering a blank canvas for prospective buyers to make their mark.

This renovation project in the North East Auction attracted competitive bidding, receiving 31 bids and ultimately selling for £35,000.

Faraday Road in London generated significant pre-auction interest, thanks to its attractive Guide Price of £820,000, and was successfully sold prior to the auction.

An attractive investment opportunity in the North Wales Auction, guided at £20,000, attracted significant interest. The property received 43 bids and sold for £66,000.

Llwyn Onn Orcher, a farmhouse set within 9.56 acres and featuring an extensive range of barns with excellent development potential, attracted 14 bids and sold for £335,000.

The North West Auction saw competitive bidding on this three-bedroom terrace refurbishment opportunity, which received 22 bids and sold for £84,000.

This two-bedroom maisonette in Middlesex attracted strong interest, with 42 bids placed. Guided at £200,000–£250,000, the property sold for £257,000.

Another exciting investment opportunity was presented at the Scotland Auction, with the property selling for £55,000—£10,000 above the Guide Price.

A one-bedroom flat with parking and a long lease was sold at the South Auction, attracting 19 bids and achieving a final price of £115,000.

A spacious four-bedroom detached home in need of renovation attracted significant interest from a range of buyers and sold prior to auction.

A unique redevelopment opportunity was presented at the Yorkshire Auction and was purchased prior to the auction date.
