A Look at Our February Online Property Auction.
Town and Country’s February auction proved to be another successful national online auction. Over the course of the month, we listed a range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land.
February Highlights
One of the highlights of the auction was 2 Carnarvon Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 4EW a 3-bedroom house in need of renovation which received a lot of attention from potential buyers. The property was listed with a guide price of £180,000 and sold for £196,000.
Another highlight of the online auction was Ty Uchaf, Tregeiriog, Llangollen, Clwyd, LL20 7HT a charming detached country cottage set in a stunning elevated position overlooking the Ceiriog Valley and rolling hillside. Listed with a guide price of £275,000 and sold for £295,000.
We some competitive bidding on Unit 301, 19 Wright Street, Liverpool which offered a fantastic investment opportunity for investors with a rental income of £368pcm. The property sold under the gavel for £16,000.
Enfield Close, Cwmrhydyceirw, Swansea, SA6 6LW was offered in our South Wales auction. A three bedroom detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac with large corner plot garden in a sought after location. The property was snapped up by a buyer prior to the auction.
Another property picked up prior to the Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire auction was Thistleberry Avenue, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 2LT a 3 bedroom semi detached ideal for first time buyers or an investment opportunity.
