Supporting the auction team, Esther brings a strong professional background and practical property insight to her role. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Estate Management, she has over 30 years’ experience as a senior manager in financial services, specialising in personal banking and mortgages, alongside first-hand experience in home renovation and residential lettings.

In her spare time, Esther and her husband enjoy travelling and family ski trips, while also supporting their children’s interests in rugby and showing Highland Cattle. From a community perspective, Esther is Chair of Governors at a local comprehensive school.
