I’m Joel, I have a background in financial services, most recently managing a derivatives valuations service at S&P Global. Before that, I worked at some of the largest global investment banks and trading firms, including JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.

Alongside my career in financial services, I have built up a portfolio of HMOs and flats in order to generate a source of passive income. In June 2024 I decided to make the leap and go into property full time. I have experience with commercial-to-residential conversions, change of use projects, title splitting, land sales, and HMO investments. I am passionate about sourcing great opportunities that can turn into strong investments.

I live in Wandsworth, with my wife, who’s from Mexico, and our two daughters, aged 5 and 7. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, Capoeira, and spending time with my family. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
