The building was listed on the 1st February 1995 a fine example of an early C19 terrace of shops and accommodation. Property in need of repair and development.

The current owner was granted planning permission in 2007 for refurbishment of the building to create two retails units, two self contained flats and one office suite.

A new planning application would need to be submitted to Denbighshire Council. Our understanding from the vendor that the property could be developed into eight flats subject to survey and planning permission.
